Tingeling Across The Back

Wezmisz black kure, a recipe for cucumbers with garlic

ingredient: 2 kg

cucumbers 1 tablespoon chili
3 tbsp salt 1.5 cup
10% vinegar 2 heads of garlic

3 / 4 pounds of sugar
5 tablespoons oil

Cut the cucumbers (do not peel, peel is) into slices, season with salt, stir, leave for 6h. Drain off the juice, sprinkle with chilli, squeeze the garlic, stir.
Boil vinegar with sugar, disable, add oil, pour over the cucumbers. Leave at 12h, to translate into jars, close them, do not eat right away. :-)

Hint:
a half cup vinegar is less than a bottle. It should make it to inches 0.5 liters to 2.5 kg of cucumbers and other ingredients to increase slightly. :-)
