Prolapsed Disc Treatment

Independence Day abroad

I've always been curious, as well as celebration of national holidays seem far away from the country. Who comes to organized a party? What is the mood there, etc.? Luckily I had the look at this from the kitchen.

On Sunday immediately preceding November 11 in the Catholic Church, often called Polish church, but about which I have written something in post from February , was a commissioned by a mbasadę Mass. for the Homeland. All Catholic priests in Uzbekistan are Polish - the Franciscans. Pole is also a bishop. For this title Mass was held in Polish. The church was filled with the faithful - many came olonia P and of course the representation of the Embassy, \u200b\u200band the Poles, who on the occasion of a variety of other dishes for kept in Tashkent. He did not fail with a hint of irony, the pastor noted, Noting that the damage that mass for the homeland is not in any month, he would then complete the temple of the faithful;) Prior to worship pastor recruited parishioners to actively participate in the Mass, and then the image of Martha and Remek read and second reading, but I came up with prayer of the faithful. Since time immemorial, not "I performed in church - I think the last time it was in elementary school, was so slight stress: P, but I think everything went well;) At least I gathered glowing review: P During the Mass, I noticed several different liturgical elements from those known to me in Poland. First, while few who kneels to raise - people committed to standing with bowed heads. Second, among those going to the communion of many does not accept messages, but merely to adopt a blessing. Thirdly, during the blessing of ending mass virtually no one saying goodbye to the priest's words, "May Almighty God bless you, Father and Son and Holy Spirit." That's what the country is, and habit, but the Universal Church ...

November 11 is a day off from work in Poland. The same applies, of course, Polish diplomatic missions. Strict bars;) but had to go to the Embassy to refine the occasional speech, which was to be delivered during the reception. The ceremony itself was held at the InterContinental . As hosts we arrived about an hour ahead of time to ensure that the last preparations. The room was large - in front of the entrance door zn ajdował a long table with fruits and sweets. Subsequently, he became a beautiful bouquet of flowers in national colors, flags and microphones: Uzbekistan, Poland and Europe. Behind them was a scene in which rozstawili musicians. At the scene were two round tables: for invited ambassadors and wives separately. the other hand, has a screen that flashed a series of photographs "Poland in paintings." On the side walls were two long tables where food was laid out, including the stew prepared by the Polonia:) On both sides of the front door localized shoulders with drinks.

When approached by FFICIAL start time p rzyjęcia: Counsellor with his wife and newly arrived military attaché lined up at the door for greeting guests who have gathered in front of the room, according to with the principle of slight delay and start entering. I along with Anya (trainee) stood back and we received flowers. After entering all the guests, was waiting for the coming of the main guy, where he was Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade. After his arrival, marked the official opening of the adoption. Counselor with special guest lined up on stage at the flags. Polish national anthem has been played out and the Uzbek Counsel then you gave a speech. Began to adopt appropriate;)

My experience of entertainment is almost none, because apart from COP-owskim opening banquet last year, I was not on any other, but may ę say that this ceremony was very successful. There was a lot of guests, reportedly more than Czechs, who have had their holiday there two weeks before us and which after all, with such delight compete for everything, always and everywhere;) Musical was probably one of the strongest and parties to adopt - the band on stage made up of professionals - musicians, what is called, performing world music hits. While the selection of songs was very good - not absorbed in an excessive attention and thoughtful fell on the ear. Best dressed around the adoption was our attaché, who had no regular uniform g alowego, but something like a black frako-uniform with a blue vest, white shirt and black bow tie - it looked famously. Adoption as diplomatic acceptance did not last particularly long, but the strongest crossed the unwritten rule that one should not remain for more than two hours - infallible sign that liked)

And I was there with the guests, honey, and drank wine and I had seen and heard on the blog I posted ...

But today held in the church of F estiwal Polish Song " Polish Highlights twentieth century "Concert organized P olish Cultural Center" Recreation Poland ". The whole event was to dispute the momentum and took part in the musicians from various other national centers. The level of the vocal was much better than I expected. Came the number of spectators who filled the sealed "lower church." It was nice to see and hear, as a non-Poles perform hits from the repertoire of Polish Połomskiego and Mary:) BTW, next weekend we have a gig skaldic: D Of course to choose! : D

Besides ourselves Review:

BTW. Poza tym gratka dla każdego, kto miał okazję przyjrzeć się closely the functioning of the diplomatic mission - you can see a lot of situations known to be of reality or the like. I recommend to watch this movie!

from BTW BTW. Mr. Counsellor bought this week extremely interesting book (and not in a kiosk, but one of the best bookshops in Tashkent), Fri " Poland -" watchdog "of the West ." The first chapter, "The Birth Jackal." The last two evenings urozmaicaliśmy a voice reading the chapter on the revolution and the interwar period. Laughter, it was crowded. Author everywhere see job Polish spies. Polish Corps Gen. Dowbór Musnicki is secretive, the Polish army, which was created just to sabotage the struggle and the czar's army at the earliest opportunity to stick a knife in the back the Russians. The best piece is, however, in which the author tries to smuggle the idea that Cheka ( Czriezwyczajnaja Komissija after Borbie s Kontrriewolucyjej and Sabotażom ), the predecessor GPU, OGPU , NKVD and KGB ) Was the kind of agency of POW ( Polish Military Organization ), serving largely Soviet infiltration of government and society, sabotage in the State Councils and the preparation of Polish military intervention against the fatherland of the proletariat. After all, we can not forget that the head of Czerezzwyczajki first became Felix Dzerzhinsky Edmundovich followed by Vyacheslav Rudolfowicz Mienżynski - both of whom were Polish noblemen! Najsprawniejszym agent POW in the USSR But Joseph was Stanisławowicz Unszlicht (known Polrewkomu ). Other aces Polish intelligence is Karlowicz Michael Lewandowski (winner of Azerbaijan) or some Łągwa (not Ich Troje : P). The best cover for the Polish intelligence service, of course, was to be CPP ( Polish Communist Party )! Anyone with a little oil in the head and knows what it was Cheka, Dzerzhinsky was what kind of people and his companions, and so serve CPP not have invented such nonsense, unless it in a blind anti-Polish. Reading all that hard to learn to laugh, but when it comes time to reflect - perhaps many readers of this quasi-scientific work presented in it will take the information as true and complement their knowledge about Poland on the basis of similar libels him, for which after all was not difficult the Russian publishing market, in the Russian press, television or the Internet, start thinking about our country and its inhabitants, as a mortal and has existed since the dawn of a threat.
And with threats you have to fight. And so the national chauvinism ...
